Tech Education Dream Achieved

Lerato's passion for technology started early, but financial constraints made formal education seem impossible. Through the support of the Podcast & Chill community, she was able to attend a prestigious coding bootcamp and transform her self-taught skills into professional expertise. Today, Lerato works as a senior software engineer at a leading tech company and mentors other aspiring developers from disadvantaged backgrounds. She's created a coding workshop series that has helped over 50 young people start their journey in tech.
